A few years ago I remember seeing this cover and thinking although something was really sexy and interesting about it, it was just so extreme. I mean people don't really pierce themselves there do they?, this must be just fantasy and I never really thought about it again. Over the Halloween holidays my wife and I went to a party and were approached by a large man who was very heavily tattooed.
